Executive AI: Defining Your Strategic Advantage

Executive AI: Defining Your Strategic Advantage

A hands-on workshop for executives who need to lead AI — not just approve it.

Most mid-market executives are making AI decisions based on vendor pitches, analyst reports, and what their peers claim to be doing. This workshop cuts through the noise. In a single session, you build a working mental model of AI — what it can and can’t do, what it costs to get right, and where the real risks lie — then apply that model directly to decisions you’re facing right now.

Who It’s For

Senior leaders: CxOs and executives who sit at the cross-roads of strategy and technology investment. You’re under a lot of pressure to adopt some kind of AI. You already have governance and change management processes/programs.  No technical background required. Technical literacy is not the goal — strategic judgment is.

What You Walk Away With

  • Focuses on how AI applies to your business strategy.
  • A clear map of AI capabilities: classic ML, generative AI, agentic systems, and where each actually fits in an enterprise context.
  • A framework for evaluating AI proposals, vendors, and internal pilots, including the questions most executives aren’t asking.
  • An honest assessment of your organization’s data readiness and the governance gaps that will determine whether AI initiatives succeed or fail.
  • A working session for you to identify areas to consider adopting AI in their organization.

Format

The workshop contains two sessions: first, longer main session, then shorter follow-up Q&A within a week.

Delivered in-person (preferred) or virtually. Prepay at booking.

How It’s Structured

Each module combines a brief conceptual framework with a hands-on exercise designed for senior leaders — not slide-reading, but active work: mapping decisions, pressure-testing proposals, auditing readiness. Modules cover the full AI landscape in sequence, from foundational techniques through generative AI, agentic systems, governance, and strategy. You see the complete map at the start and track their progress through it.
